Wait, I’m sorry. Apparently 17 Again is less of a sports documentary and more of a fictional film about a man (Matthew Perry) who transforms into his 17-year-old self (Zac Efron) after an accident. My mistake, everyone. It could happen to anyone.
Speaking of interesting sports docuseries, Formula 1: Drive to Survive Season 3 is now available to stream on Netflix! Debuting in March of 2019, Drive to Survive follows the drivers, managers, and team owners behind each season of the Formula One World Championship. All ten Season 3 episodes premiered Friday, March 19, 2021, but fans who sped through the third season are left with one question: When will Formula 1: Drive to Survive Season 4 arrive on Netflix? Great question. Here’s everything we know.
DRIVE TO SURVIVE SEASON 3: HOW MANY EPISODES?
Ten! Just like the first two installments, Season 3 of Formula 1: Drive to Survive consists of ten episodes.
HAS DRIVE TO SURVIVE BEEN RENEWED FOR SEASON 4?
No official announcement has been made regarding a fourth season of Formula 1: Drive to Survive, but What’s on Netflix reported that Brazilian sports journalist Julianne Cerasoli tweeted that a Netflix film crew has been following Red Bull Racing’s Sergio Perez for potential Season 4 footage.
Due to the popularity of the show, we expect a fourth season, but Netflix has yet to release any new information regarding the show’s future. We’ll update this story as it develops.
WHEN WILL DRIVE TO SURVIVE SEASON 4 BE ON NETFLIX?
A potential fourth season would cover the 2021 Formula One World Championship. If Netflix gives the series a green light for Season 4, we have a pretty good idea of when to expect new episodes:
- Season 1 premiere date: March 8, 2019
- Season 2 premiere date: February 28, 2020
- Season 3 premiere date: March 19, 2021
If Drive to Survive is renewed for a fourth season, we expect new episodes to premiere in March of 2022 on Netflix.
