Shocking video shows a man brutally beat down with a baseball bat in an attack sparked over a parking spot, police and sources said.

Two men — one of them wielding a wooden bat — went after the 39-year-old victim on East 15th Street near Kings Highway in Sheepshead Bay at about 7:20 a.m. last Tuesday, according to the NYPD.

The duo punched, kicked and struck the man — who they knew — multiple times in the head and back with the bat, police said.

The victim suffered some bruises and was treated at the scene by EMS, according to police.

The two suspects were still at large as of late Tuesday.
